  1. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies for clients.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to clients in navigating complex regulatory environments.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability for clients.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance for clients.
  6. Lead and manage a team of GRC professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and legal, to ensure a holistic approach to GRC.
  8. Conduct training and education sessions for clients on GRC best practices.
  9. Monitor and analyze GRC processes and systems, making recommendations for improvement.
  10. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior management to provide updates and reports on GRC initiatives.
  11. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GRC policies and procedures.
  12. Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory bodies to address any compliance issues.
  13. Develop and maintain GRC policies and procedures for Crowe.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve GRC processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for GRC to provide innovative solutions for clients.
  16. Represent Crowe at conferences and events related to GRC.
  17. Mentor and train junior GRC team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  18. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth.
  19. Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
  20. Uphold the values and principles of Crowe in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Governance, Risk Management, And Compliance.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards, Such As Sox, Pci-Dss, And Gdpr.
