A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC management. - Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC strategy for the organization to ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
- Lead and manage a team of GRC professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as Legal, IT, and Finance, to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards related to GRC and ensure that the organization remains compliant.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with GRC requirements.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to GRC and ensure they are communicated and implemented effectively.
- Monitor and track GRC metrics and report to senior management on the effectiveness of the GRC program.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise in GRC management.
- Represent the organization in external events and conferences related to GRC, promoting the company's reputation and expertise in the field.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure that employees are trained on GRC policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all GRC activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the GRC function.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all GRC activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc) Management
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements And Best Practices
Experience With Grc Software And Tools, Such As Rsa Archer Or Metricstream
