As we continue to grow and expand our business, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC Manager to join our team.In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy to ensure that our organization operates in a compliant and ethical manner. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of GRC professionals, as well as collaborating with various departments to identify and mitigate potential risks.To excel in this position, you must possess a strong understanding of GRC principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC management.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC strategy for the organization to ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
  2. Lead and manage a team of GRC professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  3. Collaborate with various departments, such as Legal, IT, and Finance, to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards related to GRC and ensure that the organization remains compliant.
  5. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  6. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with GRC requirements.
  7. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
  8. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to GRC and ensure they are communicated and implemented effectively.
  9. Monitor and track GRC metrics and report to senior management on the effectiveness of the GRC program.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise in GRC management.
  11. Represent the organization in external events and conferences related to GRC, promoting the company's reputation and expertise in the field.
  12. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure that employees are trained on GRC policies and procedures.
  13. Ensure that all GRC activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the GRC function.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all GRC activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
