  1. Lead and manage governance, risk, and compliance projects for clients across various industries.
  2. Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies to clients.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current GRC processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures for clients.
  5. Work closely with clients to ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Provide guidance and support to clients in developing and maintaining effective risk management strategies.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive GRC solutions to clients.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to GRC and incorporate them into client projects.
  9. Train and mentor team members on GRC concepts and methodologies.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor for all GRC-related matters.
  11. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to clients and project stakeholders.
  12. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  13. Participate in business development activities and assist in developing proposals for new GRC projects.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of GRC processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the GRC practice at Crowe.
