- Lead and manage a team of risk and compliance professionals
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with clients to understand their risk management needs and develop tailored solutions
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in risk management and compliance
- Oversee the implementation of risk management tools and technologies
- Prepare and present detailed reports on compliance efforts to senior leadership

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Governance, Risk, And Compliance Management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa).
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Such As Sox, Hipaa, And Gdpr.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
