- Develop and implement risk management strategies for clients to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on best practices for risk management and compliance.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and develop action plans to address them.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively advise clients on potential impacts to their risk management strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive risk management plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify potential risks and compliance issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Train and educate clients on risk management processes and procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert on risk management and compliance, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Manage and lead client engagements, providing support and guidance to junior team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk management and compliance.
- Continuously improve and optimize risk management processes and procedures for clients.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc) Roles.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Standards Such As Sox, Gdpr, Pci, And Iso.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Grc Strategies, Policies, And Procedures.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
