- Develop and implement GRC strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and assess potential risks and identify areas for improvement in the organization's GRC practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a comprehensive GRC program
- Lead and manage GRC projects, including risk assessments, audits, and remediation efforts
- Conduct regular training and communication initiatives to promote GRC awareness and best practices among employees
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization's GRC program remains up-to-date and effective
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to various departments on GRC matters
- Foster a culture of compliance and risk management by promoting accountability and responsibility throughout the organization
- Prepare and present reports and updates on the status of the GRC program to senior management and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's GRC processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Risk Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc) Management.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards, Such As Sox, Gdpr, And Hipaa.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Grc Strategies And Processes To Mitigate Risk And Ensure Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
