As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our clients' ERP implementation projects, helping them to optimize their business processes and drive growth.   1. Lead and manage multiple ERP implementation projects for clients, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and provide expert guidance on how to optimize processes and drive growth through ERP implementation.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure project teams adhere to them.
  4. Mentor and guide project team members, providing support and direction as needed.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively take corrective actions to mitigate them.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact throughout the implementation process.
  7. Conduct regular status meetings with clients and provide project updates and recommendations.
  8. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to senior management, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and project management.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within Crowe to leverage their expertise and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize project methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  13. Uphold Crowe's commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  14. Represent Crowe at industry events and conferences, and contribute to thought leadership and business development initiatives.
  15. Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to their professional growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Implementing Erp Systems: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Erp Implementation Projects From Start To Finish. They Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Various Erp Software And Be Able To Design And Implement Customized Solutions According To The Client's Needs.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Erp Implementation Senior Manager Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create Project Plans, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Allocate Resources Effectively. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Project Milestones.

  • Technical Expertise: A Strong Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Erp Systems Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Database Structures, Data Migration, Integration, And Customization. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Various Programming Languages And Have Experience In Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
