Job Description

Crowe is looking for an experienced ERP Developer and Technical Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual with strong technical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of ERP systems, and a passion for customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our clients, develop customized solutions, and manage the full lifecycle of our ERP projects.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience with ERP systems. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused and eager to learn new technologies. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects. The ideal candidate should also have strong analytical skills and be able to troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop custom solutions for clients based on their specific ERP requirements
  2. Manage and maintain the full lifecycle of ERP projects
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
  4. Provide customer service and support to clients
  5. Assist with the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems
  6. Monitor and optimize system performance
  7. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  8. Create and maintain detailed documentation and procedures
  9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution
  10. Identify potential risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
