Job Description

Crowe is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deals M&A Advisory Operations Due Diligence professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and will bring a deep understanding of financial and operational due diligence processes. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong background in accounting, finance, and operational due diligence. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage due diligence processes for M&A deals
  2. Perform financial and operational due diligence to assess potential investments
  3. Identify areas of risk and potential opportunities to maximize value
  4. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure successful deal execution
  5. Analyze financial statements to assess financial health of companies under review
  6. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  8. Ensure all due diligence activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  9. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in due diligence
  10. Provide advice and guidance to clients on due diligence related issues
