Deals M&A Advisory Operations Due Diligence

Crowe is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Deals M&A Advisory Operations Due Diligence team. The ideal candidate for this role will possess an extensive background in operations due diligence, a deep understanding of the M&A process, and a strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data.The successful candidate should be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the M&A Advisory team and clients. The individual must be able to communicate complex financial topics in a clear and concise manner.To qualify for this role, applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience in operations due diligence, and a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess strong Excel and financial modeling skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive operations due diligence reviews for M&A Advisory projects
2. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities
3. Develop and maintain financial models to support due diligence efforts
4. Work collaboratively with M&A Advisory team and clients to ensure accurate and timely delivery of due diligence
5. Communicate complex financial topics in a clear and concise manner
6. Assist with the development of processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations due diligence
7. Monitor industry trends and developments in order to identify potential risks associated with M&A transactions
8. Remain up-to-date on accounting and regulatory standards related to operations due diligence
9. Provide support and guidance to other members of the M&A Advisory team
10. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
