Job Description

At Crowe, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our Deals M&A Advisory Operations Due Diligence team. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, analytical, proactive and detail-oriented. This individual should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service.The successful candidate for this role must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Preference will be given to those who have experience in a Big Four accounting firm or corporate finance. In addition, the candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex projects, and knowledge of financial systems, processes, and controls.If you possess the above qualifications and are excited to join our M&A Advisory Operations team at Crowe, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data and conduct due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  2. Identify and assess potential risks and liabilities associated with M&A transactions.
  3. Prepare reports and presentations on findings to management.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and manage project deadlines and budgets.
  6. Research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
  7. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Manage and mentor junior members of the team.
  10. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
