Crowe is looking for an experienced and motivated Deals M&A Advisory Operations Due Diligence professional to join our team. The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of the corporate finance and/or accounting profession, a strong aptitude for problem solving, and excellent people skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on their feet.The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in a professional finance/accounting role, preferably in a due diligence or M&A advisory setting. They should also have experience working with financial models and conducting financial analysis of potential M&A targets.The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze potential M&A targets and conduct financial due diligence reviews.
2. Prepare financial models and conduct financial analysis of potential acquisitions.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
