As part of the Deals Advisory team, you will be responsible for tackling complex due diligence assignments and providing insights and recommendations to clients.The ideal candidate for this role has at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct due diligence analysis on high-profile transactions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
2. Analyze financial statements, cash flow models, and other data to determine the value of deals and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
3. Develop complex financial models to assess deal performance and potential outcomes.
4. Identify areas for improvement and efficiency in processes and procedures.
5. Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in written and verbal formats.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
