Deals M&A Advisory Operations Due Diligence

Crowe is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Deals M&A Advisory Operations Due Diligence team. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a knack for financial modeling, as well as a deep understanding of the corporate finance and M&A process. We are looking for a candidate who is organized and proactive, with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently. They should be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field, as well as 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A advisory, or operations due diligence. CPA, CFA or MBA certification is a plus. The successful candidate should have a passion for financial analysis and be committed to providing a high level of customer service. They must be able to work well independently and as part of a team, and have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop financial models for deals and perform due diligence on operations for M&A advisory services.
2. Collaborate with other members of the team to assess potential risks and opportunities of deals.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing a high level of customer service.
4. Analyze financial data, assess trends, and create reports to support M&A activities.
5. Prepare presentations and materials for meetings with clients and internal teams.
6. Monitor and update internal databases used to track project progress.
7. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance and M&A processes.
8. Remain organized and proactive in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Work both independently and as part of a team.
