Responsibilities:

1. Perform financial and operations due diligence for target companies, including assessing operations, financials, and systems.
2. Analyze and review financial and operational data to identify potential risks and opportunities.
3. Prepare detailed financial models and reports to assist in the assessment of target companies.
4. Manage the entire due diligence process, from initial assessment through final recommendations.
5. Work closely with senior deal makers to ensure successful execution of deals.
6. Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for operational processes.
7. Monitor and assess changes in regulations and industry trends.
8. Maintain knowledge of current market trends and best practices in the M&A Advisory space.
9. Provide support and advice to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, M&A professionals, and other key stakeholders.
