In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of our clients' CRM data, ensuring that it is up-to-date, accurate, and actionable.   1. Conduct regular audits of CRM data to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
  2. Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures to maintain accurate and reliable data.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is properly integrated and synchronized across systems.
  4. Monitor and maintain data integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  5. Create and maintain documentation on data quality processes and procedures.
  6. Utilize data cleansing and validation tools to improve data accuracy.
  7. Train and support team members on data integrity best practices.
  8. Analyze and report on data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on data quality and CRM systems.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to data quality assurance and CRM systems.
  11. Communicate with clients to understand their data needs and address any concerns.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data quality.
  13. Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance data quality.
  14. Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Data Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Crm Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Crm Systems, Such As Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Or Sap.

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Quality Principles And Experience Implementing Data Quality Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Quality Issues.
