
Credit Risk Principal (Partner)
At Crowe, we are looking for a Credit Risk Principal (Partner) to join our team and take ownership of the credit risk management process. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead our Credit Risk function, while working with our internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure prudent management of our credit risk portfolio.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Credit Risk role, with expertise in developing strategies and policies to manage risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, who is committed to excellence and has a detail-oriented approach to their work. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies and policies for managing credit risk in accordance with industry regulations.
- Monitor and assess the credit risk portfolio on an ongoing basis and take corrective action to mitigate risk.
- Lead the credit risk team and provide guidance on best practices and risk management.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and potential areas of risk.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on credit risk performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations.
- Proactively identify and report potential risks.
