Job Description

Crowe is seeking a talented Credit Risk Principal (Partner) to join our team. We are seeking an experienced individual with a deep understanding of credit risk management, analytics, and regulatory compliance. Our ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organization skills, and be highly motivated to take on challenges of this demanding role. The Credit Risk Principal (Partner) will be accountable for leading, managing, and developing teams to assist clients in meeting their credit risk objectives. This role requires a strong leader with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successful projects and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk management and analytics, and should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry, and a passion for developing and executing strategies to mitigate risk. In addition, the successful candidate should have a track record of building effective teams and driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, and develop teams to assist clients in meeting their credit risk objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risk.
  4. Monitor and analyze credit risk trends and performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant banking and financial services industry regulations.
  6. Manage and mentor team members to ensure efficient and effective processes.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop actionable plans.
  8. Analyze and interpret credit risk data to provide recommendations and solutions.
  9. Provide comprehensive and timely reporting to senior management.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to credit risk management.
