The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk management and analytics, and should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry, and a passion for developing and executing strategies to mitigate risk. In addition, the successful candidate should have a track record of building effective teams and driving successful outcomes.
