  1. Collaborate with healthcare organizations to identify opportunities for revenue cycle improvement.
  2. Utilize clinical knowledge and expertise to develop and implement revenue cycle strategies for clients.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Conduct analyses of revenue cycle processes, identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and present recommendations and action plans to clients.
  6. Provide guidance and support to clients in implementing revenue cycle solutions.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare revenue cycle management.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing regular updates on project progress and results.
  10. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  11. Train and mentor junior consultants in revenue cycle management.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new revenue cycle solutions and offerings.
  14. Act as a thought leader and contribute to the development of white papers and other industry publications.
  15. Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional revenue cycle consulting services.
  16. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  17. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency for both clients and the company.
  18. Stay informed about changes in healthcare policies and regulations that may impact revenue cycle management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Reimbursement Methodologies, And Industry Trends.

  • Experience With Revenue Cycle Software Systems, Such As Epic, Cerner, Or Allscripts.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including Project Management, Team Building, And Client Relationship Management.
