  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle processes for healthcare organizations.
  2. Analyze and assess clinical revenue cycle performance for clients and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for revenue cycle challenges.
  4. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in clinical revenue cycle management.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential revenue cycle improvement opportunities for clients.
  6. Provide expert guidance and support to clients in developing and implementing revenue cycle improvement plans.
  7. Conduct training and education sessions for clients on revenue cycle optimization techniques and best practices.
  8. Work closely with internal teams and clients to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue cycle success.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of clinical revenue cycle management for both internal teams and clients.
  10. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on revenue cycle performance and recommendations for improvement.
  11. Serve as a mentor and coach for junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  12. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  13. Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and changes in the healthcare industry that may impact revenue cycle management.
  14. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential new clients and contribute to business development efforts.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to clinical revenue cycle management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Revenue Cycle Management Within A Clinical Setting

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement Systems, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Billing And Coding Processes, As Well As Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements To Increase Revenue And Efficiency.
