Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Revenue Cycle Manager to join the Crowe team to help us streamline our financial processes. The Clinical Revenue Cycle Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our clinical billing and collections processes are optimized.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare financial role, with a strong understanding of third-party billing and collections. They must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. They should also be comfortable working with complex financial data and have a thorough understanding of billing cycle operations.If you have a passion for ensuring financial accuracy and accountability, then this is the position for you. We are looking for a highly organized professional with a strong customer service attitude who is able to work independently and collaboratively. We want someone who is committed to delivering the highest level of service and accuracy and who can ensure that our financial processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the clinical revenue cycle, including billing and collections.
  2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with third-party billing and collections regulations.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify operational trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize revenue cycle operations.
  5. Train staff on revenue cycle operations and processes.
  6. Monitor and resolve billing and collections issues in a timely manner.
  7. Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to third-party payers.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with operational and financial standards.
  9. Analyze and respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
  10. Maintain a thorough knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to billing and collections.
