  1. Lead revenue cycle consulting projects and initiatives for healthcare clients.
  2. Identify and analyze revenue cycle inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve financial performance.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to clients, including conducting assessments, developing action plans, and implementing solutions.
  4. Utilize clinical expertise to understand and address revenue cycle challenges specific to the healthcare industry.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients, presenting recommendations and progress updates.
  7. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to revenue cycle management.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation within the revenue cycle.
  11. Represent Crowe as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle consulting at industry events and conferences.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive client satisfaction and potential future business opportunities.
  13. Adhere to project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
  14. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and support proposal and RFP development.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Specifically In Clinical Settings.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement And Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid.

  • Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Revenue Cycle Consultants.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Effective Client Presentations.
