Job Description

The Client Engagement Specialist at Crowe is an integral part of our client success team. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to interact with our clients from initial contact through the entire client relationship. This position requires a professional individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. They should be a strong communicator, both verbal and written, and have the ability to think on their feet. They should also be a proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and an understanding of the importance of customer service.If you possess these qualities and have a desire to help our clients succeed, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
  2. Respond to client inquiries in a polite, timely, and professional manner.
  3. Provide support and assistance to clients to help them understand and utilize our services.
  4. Proactively address and resolve client issues.
  5. Monitor client progress and provide regular updates.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client success.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
  8. Prepare reports and analyze data to evaluate client performance.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
