
Benefits Analyst
The Total Rewards team is looking for a Benefits Analyst to support the Total Rewards function by performing various analyses using benefits data. They will support daily administration of firm wide health, welfare and ancillary programs including data feed and integration activities in Workday benefits. They will supports the development of new or enhanced benefit programs and provide assistance to employees with benefit plan or claims questions via the dedicated mail box and through maintenance of benefits digital assistant tool. The Benefits Analyst will maintain relationships with vendors, contribute to annual renewal process and will partner with team members to support annual open enrollment, plan renewals, and wellness initiatives and overall benefit plan performance.
Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resources
Experience working with employees to resolve sensitive and or complex issues
Governmental Regulations such as HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.
