Crowe is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auditor – Benefit Plan Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing audit and consulting services to a variety of clients in the area of employee benefit plan audits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience with a strong background in employee benefit plan audits.To be successful in this position, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:
- Provide audit and consulting services to clients in the area of employee benefit plan audits.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
- Develop and implement audit processes and procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate results to clients.
- Work with clients to develop and implement employee benefit plan strategies.
- Research and analyze employee benefit plan regulations and guidance.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and changes in employee benefit plan regulations.
- Develop and deliver employee benefit plan training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting
Finance
Or Related Field
Minimum Of - Years' Experience In Auditing Of Benefit Plans
Knowledge Of Benefit Plan Audit And Accounting Requirements
Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) License Or Other Professional Certification
