Responsibilities:

1. Provide audit and consulting services to clients in the area of employee benefit plan audits.
2. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
3. Develop and implement audit processes and procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards.
4. Prepare audit reports and communicate results to clients.
5. Work with clients to develop and implement employee benefit plan strategies.
6. Research and analyze employee benefit plan regulations and guidance.
7. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
8. Stay up-to-date on current trends and changes in employee benefit plan regulations.
9. Develop and deliver employee benefit plan training to internal and external stakeholders.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
