We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for our commercial clients. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 2-3 years of experience in public accounting, and a CPA license or working towards obtaining one.   1. Plan and execute audit engagements for commercial clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit work and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional service.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality work.
  5. Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and communicate potential risk areas to clients.
  6. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  7. Assist in the preparation of audit reports and recommendations for clients.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise.
  9. Participate in the development and improvement of audit processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Auditing Standards.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Public Accounting, Preferably In A Commercial Services Industry.

  • Cpa Certification Or Actively Pursuing Cpa Designation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.
