  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize supplier relationships and drive cost savings for the firm.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify potential suppliers that align with our company goals and values.
  3. Lead supplier evaluation, selection, and negotiation processes to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.
  4. Monitor and analyze supplier performance and develop improvement plans to address any issues or gaps.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
  6. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for sourcing and vendor management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  8. Manage and track supplier contracts, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to terms and conditions.
  9. Oversee the training and development of sourcing staff to ensure high-quality performance and growth opportunities.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates on strategic sourcing initiatives, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management.
  11. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategic sourcing function.
  12. Represent the company in supplier meetings, conferences, and events to build and maintain strong partnerships in the industry.
  13. Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  14. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to accurately track and report cost savings achieved through strategic sourcing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing And Procurement, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sourcing Best Practices, Contract Negotiation, And Vendor Management.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
