  1. Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process for the company.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from clients.
  3. Review and reconcile customer accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Generate and distribute invoices to clients, adhering to billing schedules and requirements.
  5. Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and work with them to resolve any billing concerns.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve any billing or collection issues.
  9. Monitor and track aging accounts receivable to identify potential delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions to collect outstanding payments.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as accounting principles and regulations.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline the accounts receivable process.
  12. Train and mentor new or junior accounts receivable staff as needed.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive financial information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Systems, Such As Quickbooks, Sap, Or Oracle
