Chief Financial Officer

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the leadership team at CR&R Environmental Services. As CFO, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial strategies and operations to ensure long-term financial success. You must have a combination of financial acumen, leadership experience, and business strategy to be successful in this role.We are looking for someone with a strong background in accounting, finance, or related field, and at least 8 years of experience in leadership roles in finance. You must have a CPA certification or equivalent, and a Master's degree in a related field is preferred. You must also have a proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to think strategically.
