Lead UX / Product Designer

Be an active member of a cross-functional teams to analyze consumer, client, and business goals along with product requirements and translate them into high quality design solutions. Perform formative research with both consumers and clients to understand their needs and communicate your findings to the broader organization. Create solutions to address consumer and client needs through a process of rapid iteration of low-resolution designs including wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes. Understand and illustrate how your solutions will exist within the Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book experiences and how users will engage within and between those experiences. Balance user, client, and business needs to create solutions that address all three. Partner with UI designers as they create high-resolution mocks of your designs.
