Job Description

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist who will play a crucial role in helping the organization achieve results through strategic communications consulting, planning and execution. This role supports the corporate vision, mission and objectives through communication planning, message development and delivery to the right audiences using the appropriate compliance, brand and other standards. Writes, edits, reviews and oversees release of internal communications to engage and drive change in alignment with corporate goals and values. Edits and enhances internal communication materials, including intranet, newsletters, emails/memos and other internal communication mediums. Reviews and edits essential internal communications prior to dissemination to ensure accuracy, clarity and appropriateness.

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years of internal business or corporate communications, public relations or journalism experience
Proven ability to effectively manage ambiguity and adapt to change.
Previous corporate communications, public relations or journalism consulting and planning experience within the insurance and financial services industry.
