  1. Install tires according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting members in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Conduct tire safety inspections and advise members on recommended services or repairs.
  4. Accurately document all work performed and maintain detailed records.
  5. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tire installation area.
  6. Keep up to date with new tire technology and products in order to make informed recommendations to members.
  7. Collaborate with team members to efficiently and effectively complete tasks.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  9. Communicate effectively with members and team members to address any concerns or issues.
  10. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any challenges that may arise during the installation process.
  11. Continuously maintain and update knowledge of Costco policies and procedures.
  12. Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies.
  13. Stay up to date with all training and certifications required for the position.
  14. Represent Costco Wholesale in a professional and positive manner at all times.
