
Systems Analyst - Manufacturing

- Conduct thorough analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose technological solutions to enhance manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of current and emerging manufacturing technologies and trends.
- Design and implement efficient and effective systems to optimize production and reduce costs.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
- Create detailed documentation of system processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
- Train and support team members on the use of new systems and technologies.
- Act as a liaison between manufacturing team and IT department to ensure smooth communication and implementation of technological solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to manufacturing systems.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for achieving production goals and increasing efficiency.
- Proactively identify potential problems and provide solutions to prevent disruptions in production.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all manufacturing processes and data.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve company objectives.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Systems, Including Supply Chain Management And Inventory Control.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Software Applications Commonly Used In Manufacturing, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Mes Systems.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
