
Support Analyst - Global eCommerce
We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join our Global eCommerce team at Costco Wholesale. In this role, you will be a critical member of the team, providing technical support and troubleshooting for our eCommerce platform and related operations. This is a highly collaborative role, so the ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with colleagues and customers to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in IT operations, a passion for problem-solving, and excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also have the ability to provide technical expertise and leadership in global eCommerce initiatives. Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot the eCommerce platform and related operations. • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions. • Monitor eCommerce performance and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with the global eCommerce team to identify and implement new initiatives. • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and best practices. • Establish and maintain customer relationships by providing prompt and courteous service. • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
