- Maintain and organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure shelves are fully stocked and easily accessible for members.
- Unload and sort incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and proper placement within the warehouse.
- Monitor and track inventory levels, alerting management when certain items are running low or out of stock.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to efficiently stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members by assisting with inquiries and locating specific items.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Proactively identify and address any damaged or expired products, reporting them to management for proper handling.
- Follow proper labeling and pricing procedures to ensure accurate pricing and easy identification of products.
- Maintain a strong understanding of all products and their locations within the warehouse.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Physical Stamina And Strength To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes And Merchandise For Extended Periods Of Time.
Excellent Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate And Efficient Stocking Of Shelves.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Prioritize Tasks According To Store Needs.
