- Monitor inventory levels: Keep track of inventory levels and report any low or out-of-stock items to management.
- Follow safety procedures: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling merchandise and operating equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory management: Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking and inventory reconciliation.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner, answering any questions they may have and providing recommendations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization: Keep the stockroom and sales floor clean and organized, ensuring that products are easy to find and accessible for customers.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective stock replenishment and organization.
- Follow company policies and procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, inventory management, and customer service.
- Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to streamline stock management processes and improve overall efficiency.
