- Receive and unpack merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Check for accuracy of delivered items and report any discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise according to established layout and rotation guidelines.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled with prices and product information.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking supplies.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any damaged or expired products to management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
