- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all software systems used at Costco Wholesale.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Help Desk Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Applications And Troubleshooting Techniques.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.
