Job Description

Welcome to Costco Wholesale! We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Engineer to join our team as we continue to grow and innovate in the digital space. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing Adobe Journey Optimizer to enhance our customer experience and drive business results. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about software engineering and has a strong understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer. If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a drive for continuous learning and improvement, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer to enhance the customer experience on our digital platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  3. Design, develop, and test software applications using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  4. Optimize and maintain existing Adobe Journey Optimizer workflows and processes.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Adobe Journey Optimizer to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on the use of Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  9. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer journey.
  10. Conduct regular audits and analysis of Adobe Journey Optimizer data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation related to Adobe Journey Optimizer processes and workflows.
  12. Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance our use of Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  13. Adhere to software engineering best practices and coding standards.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on the use of Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  15. Collaborate with other software engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions for our digital platforms.
  16. Proactively identify and resolve any security or performance issues related to Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  17. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and any challenges or issues.
  18. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while utilizing Adobe Journey Optimizer.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Adobe Journey Optimizer: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Knowledge And Experience In Working With Adobe Journey Optimizer To Design, Build And Execute Personalized Customer Journeys.

  • Technical Expertise In Software Engineering: A Strong Background In Software Engineering, Including Coding, Testing, And Debugging, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Various Programming Languages And Frameworks.

  • Experience In Developing Marketing Automation Workflows: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Marketing Automation Workflows Using Adobe Journey Optimizer Or Similar Tools.

  • Understanding Of Data And Analytics: The Candidate Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Data And Analytics, Including Data Structures, Data Analysis, And Data Visualization. Experience With Data Management Platforms (Dmps) And Customer Data Platforms (Cdps) Is A Plus.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Successful Software Engineer At Costco Wholesale Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing, Analytics, And It. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
