- Develop and maintain software applications using HighJump and Korber technologies to enhance Costco Wholesale’s technology systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to design and develop innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to HighJump and Korber.
- Continuously review and improve existing systems to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in HighJump and Korber to suggest and implement improvements.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for all software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of software development projects.
- Work closely with end-users to understand their needs and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions with Costco Wholesale’s systems.
- Ensure all software applications meet security and compliance standards.
- Adhere to coding best practices and maintain coding standards.
- Train and mentor junior developers on HighJump and Korber technologies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular progress updates to project managers.
- Uphold the values and culture of Costco Wholesale while representing the company to external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably With Highjump Or Korber Technology.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Familiarity With Supply Chain Management Systems And Processes, Particularly In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Setting.
