1. Provide exceptional customer service to all members by welcoming and assisting them with their pharmacy needs.
2. Assist the pharmacy team in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
3. Learn and adhere to all federal, state, and company policies and procedures related to pharmacy operations.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all supplies and medications are properly stocked and stored.
5. Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies with prescriptions.
6. Educate members on their medications, potential side effects, and proper usage.
7. Collaborate with other pharmacy team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
8. Continuously expand knowledge and understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and new medications.
9. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ordering medications as needed.
