In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring our customers receive the best shopping experience possible.   1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Ensure the warehouse is organized and well-maintained at all times.
  3. Assist with the receiving, stocking, and replenishing of merchandise.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and transport merchandise.
  5. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  6. Accurately and efficiently process customer purchases at the checkout counter.
  7. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  8. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their shopping needs.
  9. Continuously monitor and restock merchandise to ensure availability for customers.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and inventory control.
  12. Support special events and promotions as needed.
  13. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and completing necessary paperwork.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Take initiative to identify and complete tasks that contribute to the overall success of the warehouse.
