- Receive, unpack, and check incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, following company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Operate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move merchandise as needed.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Handle member inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Maintain a positive work attitude and contribute to a productive and cohesive team environment.
