9. Communicate responsible sourcing initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including customers and investors.
10. Stay informed on current and emerging human rights issues and incorporate them into the company's responsible sourcing strategy.
11. Continuously review and improve responsible sourcing policies and procedures to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards and best practices.
12. Lead and mentor a team of responsible sourcing professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily responsibilities.
13. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to responsible sourcing and human rights issues.
