3. Unload and move merchandise to designated storage areas.
4. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues with incoming shipments.
5. Organize and maintain the receiving area, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
6. Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
7. Prepare and package merchandise for storage or display on the sales floor.
8. Maintain accurate records of all received merchandise and update inventory systems as needed.
9. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
10. Assist with stocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
11. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
12. Provide exceptional customer service to all members and address any concerns or questions regarding merchandise.
13. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and pricing to assist members with their purchases.
14. Work closely with the rest of the receiving team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality measures.
16. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in receiving operations.
17. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or management.
