Receiving Clerk

2. Verify accuracy of shipments by comparing received items to purchase orders.
3. Label and stock merchandise in designated areas of the warehouse.
4. Communicate with suppliers and other team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with merchandise.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and track incoming shipments.
6. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
7. Assist with unloading and loading of delivery trucks.
8. Keep warehouse clean and organized to ensure efficient workflow.
9. Communicate any inventory shortages or overages to the appropriate team members.
10. Follow proper safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
11. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise.
13. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make suggestions to management.
14. Train and mentor new team members as needed.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
17. Prioritize and complete tasks according to set deadlines.
18. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
19. Continuously monitor and report on inventory levels and any potential issues.
20. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
