- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products to identify any defects or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train and educate team members on quality standards and best practices
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including reports and procedures
- Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet Costco's quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in all aspects of product quality
- Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize quality processes and procedures
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to address quality issues and provide updates on progress and improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Control And Assurance Processes And Procedures
Experience With Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 Or Six Sigma
