- Operate various power equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, to move and transport products throughout the warehouse.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including proper storage and placement of equipment and products.
- Accurately record inventory and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including proper handling of products and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to members by promptly and efficiently fulfilling orders and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
Experience Operating Power Equipment: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Operating Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Other Power Equipment In A Warehouse Or Retail Environment.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: As A Power Equipment Operator, It Is Crucial To Follow Safety Protocols To Prevent Accidents And Injuries. Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of Safety Procedures And Be Able To Operate Equipment In A Safe And Responsible Manner.
Physical Strength And Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Strength And Stamina As Power Equipment Operators Are Required To Lift And Move Heavy Items Throughout Their Shift. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Be Comfortable Working In A Physically Demanding Environment.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy And Attention To Detail Are Essential In This Role To Ensure Correct Product Handling And Inventory Management. Candidates Should Be Able To Read And Understand Product Labels And Accurately Record Inventory Counts.
