1. Assist members with their medication needs in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
3. Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area, ensuring all medications are stored properly.
4. Prepare and dispense medications according to established procedures and protocols.
5. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.
6. Accurately enter and maintain member and prescription information in the pharmacy system.
7. Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries for members.
8. Maintain inventory levels and order medications as needed.
9. Educate members on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
10. Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge of new medications and procedures.
12. Work collaboratively with other pharmacy team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent member service.
13. Maintain confidentiality of all member information.
14. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
