4. Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure timely and accurate filling of prescriptions.
5. Educate members on pharmacy services, including medication adherence and insurance coverage.
6. Stay up-to-date on pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulations.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by members regarding their prescriptions.
